HIGH INTENSITY® MIXING
Because viscosity or thickness of concentrate can vary widely, BUNN has developed the High Intensity mixing chamber to assure best results in every cup with great-tasting, authentic juice flavor.
The concentrate is injected along with water under high pressure into the mixing chamber and is then thoroughly blended to create a quality-finished beverage. High-viscosity concentrate at ratios of 4-to-1 and 5-to-1 (water-to-concentrate) can be mixed accurately and consistently.
This assures a high-quality, delicious beverage of ideal consistency from the top to the bottom of every glass.
