Because the viscosity or thickness of concentrate can vary widely, BUNN has developed the High
Intensity mixing chamber to assure that your customer receives great-tasting cold beverages.
In the mixing chamber, water under high pressure is injected with the concentrate and thoroughly mixed to create a quality finished beverage. You can mix high-viscosity concentrate at ratios of 4+1 and 5+1 (water to concentrate) accurately and consistently in every cup.
